KC&G Business Appraisal Associates, Inc., is devoted exclusively to the valuation of privately held businesses and business ownership interests for companies of all sizes. Stephanie Klingzell Carlin and Melissa Goetz, the sole shareholders of KC&G, have backgrounds in public accounting where together they helped form the business valuation department for the largest regional accounting and consulting firm headquartered in the State of Kansas. Since that time, they have acquired over twenty-five years of business valuation experience. Mrs. Carlin and Mrs. Goetz are Accredited Senior Appraisers and both are members of the American Society of Appraisers. The American Society of Appraisers is an international organization of appraisal professionals. In addition, the firm’s partners are also members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of CPA’s, the Institute of Business Appraisers, the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Business Enterprise Institute.
