Mrs. Stephanie Klingzell Carlin is an
Accredited Senior Appraiser and shareholder of
KC&G Business Appraisal Associates, Inc.
(KC&G). KC&G is devoted exclusively to
performing business valuations of
privately-held companies and providing
litigation support services. KC&G is a
member of the Financial Consulting
Group, the leading organization of
business valuation and financial
consulting firms in the U.S.
Experience Mrs. Stephanie Klingzell Carlin
was previously employed as a business
appraiser with Kennedy and Coe, LLC. She
started her career with Kennedy and Coe,
LLC in 1999, and has been active in the
field of business appraisals since then.
Mrs. Carlin has performed hundreds
valuations for a variety of clients in a
very diverse range of industries
including manufacturing, retail,
wholesale, service, real estate, and oil
and gas. She has experience in providing
valuation analysis for Federal gift and
estate tax matters, buy/sell
arrangements, divorce, succession
planning, and ESOP
purposes, specializing in Family Limited
Partnerships, Litigation Support, and
Exit Planning.
Mrs. Carlin has been a speaker for the
Saline/Ottawa County Bar Association and
has given several presentations on
business valuations. She has also
testified as an expert in Weld County,
Colorado District Court and Reno, Saline,
and Shawnee
Counties, Kansas Court. A graduate of
Kansas State University, Mrs. Carlin
received a Bachelor of Science degree,
with a major in Accounting, (1998).
Professional Associations Mrs. Carlin is an Accredited
Senior Appraiser with the American
Society of Appraisers, (047071, 1999).
She obtained her designation as a result
of successfully passing the Society's
intensive written and oral examinations,
submission of appraisal data, and other
qualifying criteria demanded by the
Society's International Board of
Examiners. Mrs. Carlin is a
candidate member of the Institute of
Business Appraisers (IBA) for Certified
Business Appraiser (CBA) designation,
(10558, 2001). Established in 1978, the
IBA is a pioneer in business appraisal
education and professional
accreditation. Mrs. Carlin has begun the
designation process by successfully
completing the Certified Business
Appraisers written exam.
Mrs. Carlin is also a Certified Exit
Planner (CExP™) with the Business
Enterprise Institute, Inc. The Business
Enterprise Institute (BEI) trains and
certifies Certified Exit Planners to
create comprehensive exit plans that
meet the objectives of business owners.
Through training, rigorous testing and
ongoing continuing education, CExP™
designation holders provide
comprehensive, professionally executed
Exit Planning services.
