KC&G Business Appraisal Associates, Inc. (KC&G) began operations on April 1, 2006 and is owned by Stephanie Klingzell Carlin and Melissa Goetz.

Both Mrs. Carlin and Mrs. Goetz were business appraisers for the largest regional accounting and consulting firm headquartered in the state of Kansas. Together they have developed over twenty years of business appraisal experience offering valuations for a variety of purposes including, gift and estate tax, succession planning, employee stock ownership plans, buy/sell, divorce, shareholder disputes, lost profits and economic damages.
KC&G is devoted exclusively to performing business valuations of privately-held companies and providing litigation support services.
Mrs. Carlin and Mrs. Goetz are both members of the American Society of Appraisers. In addition, the firm’s partners are also members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Business Appraisers, the ESOP Association, the Kansas Society of CPA's, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Business Enterprise Institute.
